Don't worry — if the amount was debited, your order is usually placed. Send us your payment reference on WhatsApp and we'll confirm it right away.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we will replace it at no extra cost.

Due to the sacred and personal nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video.

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
