1. Order Processing Time
 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and
national holidays.
 Products that require custom energization (e.g., gemstones, Rudraksha) may
take 1–2 additional days before shipping.
 You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order has
been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges
 Orders up to ₹500: A nominal shipping charge of ₹50 is applied at checkout.
 Orders above ₹500: Free shipping across India (prepaid orders only).
 Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select locations and may
include an additional service charge at checkout.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In the rare event of a lost or undelivered parcel:
 Please contact our support within 10 business days of expected delivery.
 We will offer a replacement or full refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.

7. Packaging & Energy Cleansing
Every spiritual product (such as Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras, and malas) is:
 Cleansed, energized, and ritually prepared before packing
 Secured in protective and eco-friendly packaging
 Handled with spiritual care to preserve energetic purity during transit

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of
order. AP Astro is not responsible for:
 Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address
 Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts
