- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items once delivered.
- This policy ensures the purity, sanctity, and energetic integrity of all products

2. Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
- Product is physically damaged during transit
- Product received is defective or non-functional
- Wrong product shipped (e.g., different size, variant, or item)
In such cases, please email us at support@apastro.store within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per the situation.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Energized or customized items (e.g., gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras,
mantras) - Used, tampered, or damaged items after delivery
- Products returned without approval
International orders (unless proven defective)
4. Refund Processing Time
- If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after account verification.
- You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an item is energized or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
