Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
• Products that require custom energization (e.g.,
  gemstones, Rudraksha) may take 1–2 additional days before shipping.
• You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders up to ₹500: A nominal shipping charge of ₹50 is applied at checkout.
• Orders above ₹500: Free shipping across India (prepaid orders only).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select locations and may include an additional service charge at checkout.

Refund & Return Policy

At AP Astro, your satisfaction and spiritual experience are our top priorities. While we strive to deliver only the finest quality and energetically cleansed products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our Refund and Return
Policy carefully to understand the terms.

1. General Return Policy
Most of our products, such as Rudraksha, gemstones, energized malas, and personalized remedies, are spiritually prepared and customized for individual customers. For this reason:

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items once delivered.
  
• This policy ensures the purity, sanctity, and energetic integrity of all products
  sold.

2. Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

• Product is physically damaged during transit
• Product received is defective or non-functional
• Wrong product shipped (e.g., different size, variant, or item)

In such cases, please email us at support@apastro.store within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per the situation.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Energized or customized items (e.g., gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras,
  mantras)
• Used, tampered, or damaged items after delivery
• Products returned without approval
  International orders (unless proven defective)

4. Refund Processing Time

• If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after account verification.
• You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an item is energized or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
