Orders up to ₹500: A nominal shipping charge of ₹50 is applied at checkout.
Orders above ₹500: Free shipping across India (prepaid orders only).

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items once delivered.
This policy ensures the purity, sanctity, and energetic integrity of all products
sold.

2. Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

Product is physically damaged during transit
Product received is defective or non-functional
Wrong product shipped (e.g., different size, variant, or item)

In such cases, please email us at support@apastro.store within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

Order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per the situation.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Energized or customized items (e.g., gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras,
mantras)
Used, tampered, or damaged items after delivery
Products returned without approval
International orders (unless proven defective)

4. Refund Processing Time

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after account verification.
